YSL Libre Berry Crush – This time I am really excited about this release. I love berries in perfumes. When I see berry as a fragrance note, I cannot stop myself — and if this release is coming true, I am buying… oh, with absolute certainty I am buying. I adore the original Libre, and now the idea of the Libre DNA wrapped in juicy berries? Yes. The world just became one idea better.
07.02.2026 Update:
Now that the fragrance is officially released, you can read my full wearing experience and detailed YSL LIBRE Berry Crush Review here.
And that excitement is exactly why we need to talk about the whispers drifting across the fragrance universe right now. Because out of nowhere — like a berry-scented breeze — the name Libre Berry Crush has appeared in trademark filings and early retailer databases. It’s not official yet, but perfume lovers everywhere (including me, loudly) are already leaning in.
Now let me say this clearly:
YSL hasn’t officially announced this flanker yet on their website or verified socials. But the trademarks are real, the name is real, and the fragrance community is buzzing. So today we are diving into everything we do know — and everything we hope this scent promises.
So… What Is YSL Libre Berry Crush?
If this fragrance goes public, Libre Berry Crush would become the most playful, fruity twist ever added to the Libre universe.
Imagine the bold lavender-vanilla signature of Libre… but infused with lush, juicy, shimmering berries.
A flirtier, sweeter, sparkling sister to the original — still confident, still modern, still unmistakably YSL — but dressed in a berry-stained satin dress.
I mean… hello? How am I supposed to be normal about this?
YSL Libre Berry Crush – Rumored / Circulating Notes (Not Official — Yet!)
These are the notes currently floating around online, shared by fragrance sleuths, trademark watchers, and early database leaks. Nothing official — but very on-brand for a berry-forward Libre flanker:

Top Notes
- Bergamot
- Wild berries
- Raspberry
- Pear
Heart Notes
- Orange blossom
- Lavender
- Jasmine petals
- Cream Accord
Base Notes
- Vanilla
- Musk
- Amberwood
If these notes are real…?
I’m already getting images of a velvety, juicy, glossy berry opening that melts into that sensual, glowing vanilla-lavender combo Libre does so well. A little sweet, a little daring, a little femme-fatale-in-a-leather-jacket — but make it berry-licious
Why This Flanker Makes So Much Sense
Let’s be honest: berries sell. Not just because they smell delicious, but because they add youthfulness, juiciness, and instant playfulness to any perfume DNA.
Libre has given us:
- the classic Eau de Parfum (powerful, modern, sexy),
- the fresher Eau de Toilette,
- the richer Le Parfum,
- the smoky metallic L’Absolu Platine.
But what the line hasn’t given us yet?
A fun, flirty, juicy fruity-floral.
And berries fit perfectly into the bold yet feminine world YSL creates.
Honestly, the second I heard the words “Libre” and “Berry” in the same sentence, my heart did a tiny cartwheel.
So… Is It YSL Libre Berry Crush Actually Real?
Here’s what we do have:
✔ Trademark filings in the U.S. and Canada under Yves Saint Laurent Parfums
✔ Retail database placeholders
✔ Social media whispers
✔ A name that feels exactly like a modern YSL move
And here’s what we don’t have (yet):
✘ An official announcement from YSL
✘ A product page
✘ A verified Instagram reveal
To me, this feels like a pre-launch moment — that delicious waiting period when the brand hasn’t spoken, but the paperwork says everything.
What I found (key facts) about YSL Libre Berry Crush
US trademark record(s) showing YSL / YSL LIBRE BERRY CRUSH (serial 99139599) — third-party trademark services report a U.S. filing Apr 16, 2025 (serial 99139599) for YSL LIBRE BERRY CRUSH, status shown as registered on Aug 12, 2025, owner “Yves Saint Laurent Parfums (France)”.
No product page or launch details on YSL’s official site — I checked YSL Beauty’s official Libre pages (their catalogue for the Libre family) and there is no product page, press release, or “coming soon” announcement for “Libre Berry” / “Berry Crush” on YSL’s site. (YSL’s official Libre product pages are present but do not list a Berry Crush flanker.)
Social sources / posts exist but are unverified — there are Instagram posts / social posts and many perfume-news blogs / retailer listings discussing “Libre Berry Crush” (and some influencer/retail announcements). However, I could not verify those as coming from the official YSL Beauty verified accounts. In short: rumor/marketing posts are circulating but not confirmed on YSL’s official channels.
Final Thoughts — And My Confession

If this launches…
I am buying. Immediately. Blind. With enthusiasm. With no hesitation and no apologies.
Libre but with berries?
Yes. Inject it into my fragrance shelf.
Let’s hope YSL makes this official soon — because I’m already planning the Instagram flatlay.
