Sindbad’s launch wasn’t just another perfume drop — it was a moment of cultural celebration wrapped in art, music, and scent. Amouage introduced the scent in collaboration with the Royal Opera House Muscat, blending fragrance artistry with Oman’s musical and cultural heritage.
Sindbad the sailor’s story begins in Oman, right in the bustling port city of Sohar. Inspired by his deep connection to his homeland, the Royal Opera House Muscat decided to bring Sindbad to life in their very first Arabic original opera — and in a wonderfully unexpected twist, they added a scented dimension to the whole adventure.
As Renaud Salmon, Amouage’s Chief Experience Officer, shared:
“Royal Opera House Muscat is a world-class institution. It is one of many examples in Oman of the nation’s genuine commitment to the arts and to creativity. Just when you think it can’t get any brighter, the uplifting zest of ginger and tangerine steps in, putting a little smile in every breath.

While Amouage’s global online store serves many regions, Sindbad hasn’t yet been listed there. So for now, it’s a true Oman exclusive.
